Renovated Home Near Old Silver Beach Our home has been completely renovated from top to bottom in 2012 and is ready for you to bring your suit and flip flops. Located just a mile from Old Silver Beach, the home is on historic Route 28A in a quiet residential neighborhood. The outside features a large yard for playing games (we have many in the shed and a full size basketball hoop on the side of the house) and a 400 square foot deck for your enjoyment. The outdoor patio dining can seat six, and there is still plenty of room for the lounge chairs. There is a charcoal and gas grill with electric starter to BBQ. In 2017, we added a patio area with a gas fire pit. Also just off the back deck is a spacious outdoor shower and separate changing room for cleaning up after your days at the beach.
