The rental time is now 90 days.Set in a quiet neighborhood the Patio Home has two walled patios, one in the front and one in the back, and a two-car garage. The interior has a living/dining area with a fireplace, den, two bedrooms, and two baths. The den has a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a full sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has an on-suite with a shower, king bed, and a 32-inch Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed. The home is fully furnished including a washer and dryer, all the linens, and kitchen supplies. Granite Counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is cable TV and wireless internet. A propane BB grill is in the back patio for your use. The home has central air and heat for your comfort. There is a walking path through the greenbelt just outside the front door that will take you to the pool/Jacuzzi and mailboxes, all shaded
