Nestled in a mix-use community with both retail and residential properties, Studio M is just 6 miles south of historic downtown Franklin and 27 miles south of the Nashville Broadway scene. Studio M guests are provided with a queen size bed, air mattress, extra linens, sofa, 50" smart TV, full bathroom with shower/tub, a coffee bar, mini refrigerator and microwave. The studio is abovea residential garage that is separated from our home by a breezeway. You may see us in passing, but the studio is private and will be all yours during your stay!
