All sports equipment for tennis and basketball provided along with yard games, shuffle board ,ping pong table, 2 cardio Equiptment, yoga mats , weights , Infrared sauna. Heating pool is is $65/per day Uv lighting installing in the Hvac system to help keep everyone healthy! Also note:Honesty’s the best policy. If we see more guests than registered/agreed to, it will be reported and stay terminated. No big speakers outside anytime Base rate includes first 6 guests then $50/person/ night over that (additional guest fees) TO INCLUDE DROP INS. they tend not to leave.
