Point O' Woods is a lovely, gated beach community in Old Lyme, CT. It features tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, boat marina and a private beach which are all within a 5-minute walk from the house. The house includes an enclosed front porch, large deck (built in 2021) with gas grill and dining area, outdoor shower and a private backyard with firepit which all provide plenty of space to spread out for the entire family. We also have a washer & dryer, fresh linens and plenty of beach equipment.The house offers enough parking for 4 cars with additional parking available down by the marina (5 minute walk). It's a perfect community for walking, running and biking. We also have a golf cart available for rent as well.
