Very wooded area, includes 14 windows to see the wildlife. Lots of Birds, Deer and turkeys. Located next to the owners home but privacy is very important. Small deck. Located 3 miles from the town of Dahlonega which has a lot of activities. Restaurants, Music, Shopping. There are 9 wineries within 20 minutes of the house. Dahlonega is a great location for wedding and wineries. Also if it snows or any power outage has whole house generator!!
