The unit is a West End unit (sun set views) on the 10th floor. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1750 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Expansive 300sq ft+ balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico has 2 rocking chairs, 1 chaise lounger and a teak dining table for 6. New flooring, appliances and recently painted in 2021. The resort has 3 pools (one heated indoor), hot tub, work out facility, tennis/ pickle ball courts, 3 outdoor grilling areas, green space, security, private beach, beach chair service and 2 boardwalks. Great family location near the state park, restaurants, shopping and the famous Blue Angels (Naval Air Station museum). We are the original owners and it is our home away from home.
