We looked at a lot of condos before purchasing this and there are NONE closer to the beach! There is a ground floor storage unit for your convenience, so you don’t have to haul your beach stuff upstairs every day!!Living room, kitchen and dining room is very spacious as well as both bedrooms. Living room has a new 58” Smart TV with soundbar for Movie watching for evenings in. Both bedrooms have TVs as well.
