This is our two bedroom beach condo with pull out sofa. The front room has a queen size bed and the back room with two new twin beds. It’s great for a family! We enjoy the nautical theme that our house is decorated with. It is 70 steps from the ocean and a short 7 streets to the Old Orchard Beach Pier. It will sleep six comfortably. We supply all fresh linens and towels. Their is a garage under and it can be used to park one car and a space in front for another car. We have chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our guests to use. There is a gas grill to use in the community grilling area. The coin operated laundry room is located on the 1st floor and the detergent is supplied.We live on a dead end street with access to the beach. We are the 3rd house back from the ocean.
