The unit is a comfortable one bedroom + den, one bathroom apartment, and is a total of 800 square feet. The interior sleeps a maximum of six (6) people with one queen size bed , one queen size murphy bed (den), and one queen inflatable mattress. You are allotted one dedicated parking stall along with paid guest parking should you have visitors.Amenities include a flat screen TV, large sectional couch, free WIFI, central air- conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, office desk, and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a stovetop, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils.
