Our home has a Great open floor plan, a social room with the big heavy wooden pocket doors so it can also be divided off. There's a comfortable front porch and a open back yard perfect for outdoor games, a fire pit lots of chairs, picnic tables and grill. There have been many gatherings and memories spent in this backyard. We have Plenty of parking including space for boats if your here for a fishing tournament. We are located in a cozy small town with lots to offer, NKP Railroad Museum, Lyme Village, Seneca Caverns, Twin Lakes Golf just to name a few - we are only 20-25 minutes from Lake Erie, Cedar Point, Ferry to Put n Pay or Kelly's Island, close to several bird watching areas, near several of the top fishing tournaments and we have boat parking for at least 3-4 boats (truck and trailer/so you wouldn't have to unhook), fish cleaning station w/water & lights right on site, a containers for the wa
