There is a security fee of $150.00 for door key and security gate keycard; it is TOTALLY refundable after confirmation from cleaners that keys were left in condo after stay. The grounds are nicely manicured and security gate for entry and exit. We have a fire pitarea with fountainand tennis court, pickleball and basketball area Unfortunately no pets allowed and only people listed on VRBO reservation list allowed on complex per association rules. There is no smoking in condo or by pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub always clean and has direct access to Lake Erie. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view and the sunsets that Lake Erie has to offer. During summer months Wed-Sat on Madison Street there are free live bands and drinks and food that you could purchase as you sit on picnic tables listening to the music.
