There are many mountain bike trails, hiking or biking trails, and even cross-country skiing along with the HOA amenities including bocce ball, basketball, and horseshoe pits. Just 2 miles away you will be in the heart of Tahoe City where you will find a lot of great dining options and fun shops to walk. Being in such a great location you also have 3 major ski resorts that have an abundance of summer and winter activities. This is a 2 level home. On the main floor you have 2 bedrooms with queen and twin beds. The kitchen and living area are very open allowing you to enjoy the company of all your guests.
