Perfect for your stay in So Cal Our lovely home is wonderfully located on a quiet cul de sac street in one of the prettiest and safest towns in Ventura County. Newbury Park, an unincorporated part of Thousand Oaks, is situated a bit east of the Santa Monica Mountains which allows it to benefit from refreshing Pacific breezes. The residential neighborhood is just off the Borchard Road exit on the 101 freeway. It provides easy freeway access as well as walking distance to shopping, markets and restaurants. It is 1 hour north of LAX, 2 1/2 hours from San Diego, and 1/2 hour to Malibu. For those who love the outdoors, there are lots of hiking and biking trails nearby. Although the home has 2 bedrooms, we lock off the primary bedroom and offer the other large bedroom and 1 bath to our guests who will enjoy the rest of the home exclusively during their stay.
