With its small, simple, Santa Fe style, you'll feel at home right away! The main room has a kiva fireplace & sleeper sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and two fuzzy dogs!As you walk in through the rustic red gate, you enter into an open, shady courtyard/small garden filled with lilac, an apricot tree, and wildflowers in the summer months. The front porch (in New Mexico it's called a portal) spans the length of the guesthouse & is very much a part of the living space.
