Heating the pool in the spring, fall and winter can be expensive so rather than pass those costs on to all renters, we pass the cost to those willing to pay for it. The cost is $25 per day during the entire booking during the months of March, April, Sept to December. It is $50 per day during the months of January to February. March and first half of April plus June and July are Sat to Sat only bookings. Service Pets are allowed with an additional fee of $100 per booking. The pet must be a certified service dog for disabled people. The fee is for extra cleaning. I have a disabled daughter who is very allergic to dog dander so we have to special clean after each pet visit. After booking but before your stay, contact the me if you wish to have the heater turned on during your stay. The Temperature will be set at 80 degrees during your stay
