Located in Peshastin, Washington, United States. Ranchito with horses & privately owned river beach access 5 miles away. Frieda and Joe, our horses, will be your hosts. The property has a serene feel to it and is surrounded by orchard, pasture and horses in the foothills of the Cascades. We have a winter sled run. The house has open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining and living room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is WiFi and 3 TV’s it is located 8 miles from Leavenworth and 5 miles from our river front beach on the Wenatchee River. There is a deck out back with a BBQ and a big front lawn. We have owned this place for18 yrs. and have done a lot of renovating. The water comes from a well and tastes amazing. There is also a septic system so we use organic cleaners. We come by twice a day to feed our horses and ride as often as we can. We own a whitewater rafting company and ski shop in town. There is some traffic noise from Hwy 97.
