A highlight is watching the dazzling sunset while crabbing and fishing from the 100 ft. private dock. Or watching the sun or a full moon reflect off of the water like diamonds from the comfort of bed or the couch! Custom pool (closed from November to May) and swim spa (heated at your request for a heat fee typically 4-5 hours a day available rear round). We even have a 4 person paddle boat for your enjoyment along with a couple rentable single person kayaks! This wooded, waterfront, private home is 20 minute peaceful walk to the OBX beaches. We have a parking permit to the "homeowner's only" beach access with bathrooms and showers (7 min drive).
