The property is located next to DuPont State Forest, which is so close you can hear the waterfalls from your front door (0.6 miles to Lake Imagining Park Lot and 0.9 miles to Hooker Falls). The property itself boasts multiple hiking trails that give you access to mountain streams and ridge top views. It is conveniently located only 15 minutes from both Brevard and Hendersonville where wonderful restaurants and activities can be explored.
