The backyard patio includes a new hot tub (closed from November to May due to freezing risk), and the patio is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. Interior includes a large living room (with a fold-out sofa bed ), a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and an accompanying bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor consists of a self contained unit with a large living room/bedroom, a full sized bed, a queen size bed, a full size cabinet bed, a TV and a fireplace. There is also a large remodeled bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub.There is sleeping for 6 with own bed, and for up to 8 if guests are willing to share a bed. There are plentiful parking spaces available on site. The house itself is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all d
