In just a 15 minutes drive you can access the main shopping areas of the lake, restaurants, gift shops, children activities, putt-putt golf. We are only 45 minutes from Roanoke and 55 to Lynchburg; making it easy to spend the day in either place. Gibbs Retreat is just as beautiful in the fall, winter and spring. We are surrounded by trees to enjoy the beautiful colors in fall and spring. Winter is a great time to visit and enjoy quiet time around the fireplace.
