Great for couples for a getaway or for families needing time away from the city. You couldn’t ask for a better location right in the center of Main (F) Street. Under a 2 minute walk to the famous Arkansas river, the NEW surf Scout Wave, all the best restaurants & then 45 minutes to monarch ski resort! With more than 3 hot springs close by and the famous Mt Princeton hot springs only 45 minutes. We welcome fur babies, please note we haven’t built our roof top patio yet so you will need to leash your pups & walk to the park for potty breaks.Pets WELCOME: 🐶We love that you can bring your pets, however we don’t have an outside space attached to the loft. So, you will need to leash your pup and walk them to the park that is less that 1.5 blocks away. Stairs: There are stairs to access the loft from the street.
