This unique property is a 4 acre oasis on the edge of downtown Fruita and the North desert trails. The Little Salt Wash runs through the property and provides lots of shade and single track walking paths, all on private property for you to enjoy. It is perfect for walking dogs, sipping coffee or relaxing in the shade near the water. Ex-plore the niches around the wash which is designated as a wildlife corridor.
