Can accommodate up to 14 if you pull out the double sleeper couch in the bonus room. 3 (1 full & 2 3/4) bath home offers a open concept kitchen, living space & bonus space upstairs w/ TV. It’s wonderful for family trips, or couples retreats. It’s only 5 minutes to the excess rd to Sunday River, very close to Mt. Abram and in town Bethel.It’s peaceful, updated, cozy but spacious enough! To add to your relaxation there is a new 6 person outdoor hot tub!!! There is a washer and dryer for your use.
