Two- story comfortable cottage boasts ocean views from the second floor deck. Deck chairs and a gas grill are in enclosed grassy side yard.Ceiling fans, TV's (bedrooms/LR) and a large fully applianced kitchen ( seats 6-8). Parking for two cars! Kitchen, bath and bedroom on first floor. Second floor has carpeted second bedroom , 1/2 bath and large living room with large deck with great Ocean view!!! Walk to restaurants, downtown, movies etc. Fresh lobsters sold on piers can be home- cooked for a down east lobster bake! Sheets and towels are not provided.
