New hot tub installed 11/20/20.The Space:This space has two queen beds in the bedroom, a living room and dining area and a kitchen with basic essentials. There is a couch that can turn into a bed.Guest Access:You will have access to the basement, backyard and hot tub. The entrance is located on the side of the garage and there are two doors with the same code on the keypad to enter. The code will be sent on the day of check in.The Neighborhood:We are located in the heart of Lincoln with a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown. We are also close to the country club golf course and South Pointe Shopping district.Getting Around:Please park on the right side of the driveway. Our driveway can fit 2 vehicles on the right side and if there are additional vehicles, there is off-street parking.Other Things to Note:This is the basement of the
