Located on the Historic "Captain's Row," with water views all around, and spaces designed and furnished, with an historic, maritime feel, by our Great Gull Island team. There are 3 nautically themed bedrooms (one on the 1st floor) and two full bathrooms. Sun filled rooms, all with restored, original, hardwood floors. We are only steps from downtown. Enjoy the Water Views, the History, the Design, and all that Mystic has to offer.Sure, we're biased. But this unique, meticulously renovated, historic house has the best of both worlds: sunlit indoor rooms, restored and furnished to embrace it’s history, plus plenty of outdoor space for entertaining, reading, or just lying around. There are great water views of the Mystic River. The interior was designed by our staff. The furnishings were acquired and refurbished by our design team, to provide an historic, maritime feel. T
