However, it was thoughtfully modernized with new plumbing, electric, flooring, appliances, and light fixtures and is decorated in a timeless style with a nod to its heritage but in no way retro. This downstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex has lots of historic charm. You enter the duplex from the back of the house into the cozy living room that has comfortable seating and a large smart TV. The primary suite has a queen bed with hybrid mattress, TV, decorative original fireplace, and spacious private bathroom with a tile shower.
