It is attached to the main house, and centrally located to nearby beaches such as Clearwater and St. Pete. You're approximately 30 minutes to the Tampa Airport, and Busch Gardens. You can also enjoy a walk or run on the Pinellas Trail that is located just across the street, in front of the home.This is a small efficiency with a kitchenette containing a full size refrigerator and stove. It is perfect for a couples getaway or to just stay the night. There is a daybed that is a single with a trundle underneath that can be pulled out and raised to make a double bed.
