The Hill Cottage

Located in Branchport, New York, United States. The Hill Cottage The Hill CottageWhen traveling west on Crescent Beach, 700 Crescent Beach is at the end off the street. DO NOT USE THE ESPERANZA ROUTE TO GET TO OUR PLACE TAKE THE TOWNSNED RD ROUTE. Turn into the long driveway that brings you up our private little place sheltered with large trees. Children have referred to our place as a tree house. The original building was built 1910. The living room is surrounded with the original large windows that swing open. You can sit in the living room in privacy listening to many different birds or go down to the beach and onto platform dock where you can sit and look at the beautiful view down the lake. Our beach is shallow water, perfect for children, even toddlers. There is a newer kitchen that is spacious and convenient. There are stairs down to a deck and then stairs down to the beach. We also have a tram that brings you down to the beach. The beach has a fire pit for an evening fire. There is also a walk you can take to the Keuka Lake
