This cottage is perfect for honeymooners, parents going to see their child graduate from boot camp at Paris Island and small families looking to relax and enjoy a deepwater home in the SC lowcountry. Catch your limit of shrimp and crab right off the end of the dock! There is a boat landing close by in Grays Hill which is only 5 minutes from the house on the right as you drive towards Beaufort proper. You are welcome to dock your boat at the dock and your trailer in the yard as we have just bought the property around the house. We have two screened in porches.
