I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 20 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 16 upstairs). Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 20. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights.
