About 20 minute drive to downtown Boise. 13 minutes to Boise fairgrounds in Garden City. Beautiful backyard with a little pond and waterfall that you can sit outside and enjoy! (water fountain will be turned off during cold temperatures due to freezing) Patio furniture and gas barbecue grill. Gas fireplace in living room. Two car garage with extra parking in driveway and on the street. The owners live just five minutes away and are available.
