Construction of this beautiful custom home was completed in the fall of 2017. Located directly on 130 acre Lake Apalache, the Lakehouse offers serenity, beauty and comfort just 5 minutes from Greer, 15 minutes from GSP and 25 minutes from downtown Greenville. Our vision was to create a place where people can kick back and enjoy nature, friends and family without traveling far from town. Working or playing is better at the Lakehouse.
