Abrams Creek is near many extraordinary recreational sites, but is also its own destination. You are never far from our wild, whitewater stream that runs through a majestic hemlock forest. In some places, the stream is a constant source of energy and playfulness; in other places, it is peaceful and calming, inviting you to soak in its beauty. The forest contains a vast array of plants and wildlife.The SpaceThis is a rustic cabin - no plumbing or electric. It has battery-powered permanent lighting and propane heat. Our summer climate and tree cover make it very rare that the cabin will be uncomfortably hot. Included in the rental are a tabletop propane stove that uses the (approximately) 1 lb canisters, and a charcoal grill. Bring your own propane canisters or charcoal, or you can purchase them from us.
