Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged.Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.The spaceOther things to note:Our property is a great base to explore the surrounding areas of Western NY, including Niagara Falls, the Amish countryside, Holiday Valley, and Buffalo, as well as Zoar Valley and Cattaraugus Creek, located right in Gowanda.The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people, maximum of two people per bedroom.
