Located in Isle La Motte, Vermont, United States. A 500 million year old reef fossilized into stone, some of the stone even used to build into this Villa. Our Lakefront: This is a good swimming spot for kids and adults. It’s clean water up here away from city areas, and it also has a rare combination of a softer beach area mix of small shale and sand, even gradual slope in the water and on the beach, very few weeds due to a rock bottom, good wave action in heavy weather and a 60 foot depth about 1/2 mile from shore, which keeps fresh supply of water coming in.
