Quiet Ocean Front Cottage With Stunning Views & Private Beach Close To Rockland This well kept, bright and renovated little cottage is nestled 30 feet from a private cove & beach on the Atlantic ocean. It is quiet and perfect for relaxing, strolling the beach and rocks, launching your kayaks and enjoying a firepit on the oceans edge.. A 10 minute walk to the other side of the island brings you to McLoons Lobster Shack, a Maine foodie destination. Heaven Scent has 2 floors of living area. The upstairs is a large, open room with 2 twin beds, a queen bed, 2 dressers and a chair near the windows overlooking the beach. The staircase is a little steep so if you are over 6’ you will have to watch your head. Bed linens and towels for 4 included as well as plenty of blankets. We provide toilet paper (2 rolls) and paper towels(2 rolls) but depending on use you may need to bring extra.
