Our gated townhome is 10 minutes from Mercato Shopping Center (US-41 & Vanderbilt Beach Rd) and Vanderbilt Beach. You will arrive here quick since it's a 25 minute trip from RSW Airport. Our home is fully furnished with wifi, smart tv, sitting patio with a grill, indoor garage parking with beach equipment, baby gate for kids, washer & dryer (soap, iron, steamer). You have access to the community pool and grill. The HOA requires an application to be submitted prior to stay and 30 day minimum requirement. The community allows service animals under 30 pounds, please message me to communicate more about our pet policy.
