We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.Just a few moments stroll to the beach.This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
