We rent January - December by the month or at least 3 weeks. Many of the owners in the complex are Snowbirds from around the US and Canada, so happy hour around the pool in the Winter is a fabulous gathering place to meet and greet regular owners and guest that you will see year after year. The complex is very central to all the amenities Phoenix has to offer. If sports is your thing then you might want to attend any of the Pro Sports such as NFL, NHL, NBA Major League Baseball or Phoenix Open Golf and turf Paradise Horse Track just a mile up the street. All these events can be had within a 20-30 minute drive. Sky Harbor International Airport is a quick 20 minute drive as is Scottsdale.
