Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot during special events.• Beach access from the north access road.Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center is a convenient location on the north end of Daytona Beach.Our condos are OCEANFRONT with a private balcony wide enough to accommodate seating. Please ask any other owners about their balconies- the #1 complaint we hear from guests who have stayed with other owners is that they were not told that balconies were standing room only or public walkways... an
