UPDATE 8/14/2024: The 2024 summer season is winding down so take advantage of our off season rates beginning September 1. September and October is a beautiful time of year to visit the OBX. Temps are still warm, beaches and restaurants are less crowded.Our Studio apartment is located in Kill Devil Hills (5.5 milepost) just steps away from beautiful Bay Drive. The Studio is quaint and comfortable, located on the ground level of our home with a private entrance.......PERFECT for couples or the single traveler. We live upstairs full-time, so you may see us working in the yard or coming and going from time to time. Don't hesitate to say "hello" or ask questions. Currently, we require a 4 night minimum however, will consider 2 and 3 day rentals if days are available on the calendar. Message us to request a 2 or 3 day rental. The Studio has a comfortable queen size bed, full bath, kitchenette with full size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, new (2023)
