Building is near public transit and we are walking distance from south boulevard beach (Approximately a 3-4 minute walk!)Other things to note-CAUTION: Running multiple AC units at one time will trip the circuit breaker and you’ll lose electricity. Only (2) AC units on at any one time.-This apartment is located on the 3rd floor and requires walking up 3 flights of stairs.
