Approximately 45 minutes to Fayetteville and 20 minutes to Fort Smith. Many parks, creeks, and adventure within 45 minutes of the cabin. Traveling with a trailer or RV? We have room for parking. Cabin has heat/air, smart tv and kitchenette.Please note our property has a private pool that is not fenced and 5 ponds on our property. The pool is not used by owners or guests and is about 150 to 200 feet away from the cabin.Individuals 19 years old or younger are not allowed to rent this room or be an occupant in the room.
