The ocean facing deck has dramatic 270 degree views up the coast of New England to Maine and across the bay to the Annisquam lighthouse. The house has central AC and heating and an outdoor hot shower. The first floor is wheelchair accessible and parking is available for 4 cars. All are welcome.
