Rent our charming 80 year old bungalow in this friendly university neighborhood. Owners Mark and Alice manage it and live nearby and are happy to help you get situated with lots of local knowledge. Open for this event or longer term rentals only.Our house is a mile from Hayward field and within walking distance to many parks and restaurants including the Amazon Park and pool, and several running trails. It is fully furnished, stocked, well cleaned and equipped with quality linens and paper goods.One bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, two night tables with lamps and chargers, closet, dresser and AC unit. The second bedroom has a daybed with trundle, side table with lamp and chargers, dresser, closet and AC. This daybed functions as a sofa but it made up for a twin bed. Below the day bed is a trundle bed with twin mattress that easily slides out and pops up to the same level
