Located in Ocean Beach, New York, United States. Four Bedroom Beach House Close to Beach Expansive four bedroom home with two full baths and a large outdoor shower. A kitchen / living room that opens into a screened in front porch with two hammocks. A large deck runs the width of the back of the house.Our house is located on a block with beach access, one block East of the ferry dock– convenient to the shops restaurants, and the beach. The house was built in 1908 and has been owned by my family since 1970. It is charming, very clean, and has all amenities; you don't need to bring a thing. Just come and enjoy your vacation.Upstairs;The master bedroom is larger than most NYC apartments; with a kind size bed, a dressing area with a large skylight, and a beautiful porch with two day beds, a flat screen tv , ceiling fans and large roll down windows facing north, south and west. Soft, super clean, quality bedding is on all beds. This is my favorite place in the house to take a nap, enjoy the breeze listen to the sound of the waves crashing
