The smell of a warm fireplace waffles in the air. That's what you will find as you pull into the driveway of this cozy but large waterfront home. With Goose Pond lake just a few steps from the back door no matter the season you will truly be captivated by its beauty.Note: Goose Pond is a man-made lake. At the southern end of the lake, 3 miles from my home, is a dam that was constructed in 1918. It needs to be rebuilt and the State of New Hampshire has lowered the lake by more than 22 feet. Will be that way throughout 2024. Only a small stream 100 yards from the house will be available this summer. Water activities must be done in nearby lakes.The home, and the area, still has much t
