The bathroom/laundry is located just off the stairs. We ask our guests to respect the quiet hours to not wake the below guests.Guest accessPrivate access to your room. The kitchenette and bathroom are on the main floor of the garage which we sometimes use to shoot hoops during daylight hours. The garage does have heated floors but it can still be colder than room temperature while using the kitchenette area. Other things to noteThe room is at the top of a flight of stairs.
